Join us as we address acute and chronic low back pain causes and solutions

  • Learn about and identify pertinent anatomy: spine, muscles, tendons, connective tissues, etc.
  • Exercises designed to allow the student to self-identify, stretch and release areas of concern
  • Enjoy a restorative, slow flow of yoga poses that help with lower back relief and enable total relaxation.
  • ANYONE can come – no yoga experience is required
