This workshop will help you understand and appreciate that the body and mind are intertwined and not separate. Realize and enable the power of your inner resources and remove self-defeating internal blockages. Yoga and meditation are globally
known as the ultimate stress relievers. As we cautiously emerge from the
COVID-19 pandemic phases, Peace of Mind & Body Yoga & Wellness seeks to
welcome back former students as well as new members where you will enjoy a safe
“suite” environment to escape the stress of these times.
Upon arrival, we will check your temperature,
provide sanitizer, and ask you about any symptoms or situations to ensure the
safety of yourself and the other members in the class. From there, you
will be provided a private suite within the studio with clear plastic, sheer
lined safety dividers spaced 8 feet apart.
In addition to the yoga classes, we provide
a variety of private therapeutic massages including Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki
Therapy Massage and a variety of modalities of traditional massages.
