Betting on yourself
I don’t like to gamble but the one thing that I will bet on is myself
Fear
Fear creates limitation. When we fear, we become incapable of taking risks, of living our lives to the fullest. Whatever fears you are facing, whether it is fear of love, rejection, of heartbreak, or growing up, of being forgotten, or even of the dark, remember that your fear limits you. It prevents you from growing into a stronger, better person. Try to understand your fears for when you understand them, they no longer have a power over you. Let go of your fears, express it to someone and just release it.
Couples Yoga
Love is patient and kind. It is not jealous nor conceited nor proud; love is not ill-mannered, it does not seek its own advantage and is not irritable. Love does not keep a record of wrong, is not happy with evil, but rejoice in the truth. Love is always ready to excuse, to trust, to hope and to endure. (St Paul)
