Learn about and identify pertinent anatomy: spine, muscles, tendons, connective tissues, etc.
Exercises designed to allow the student to self-identify, stretch and release areas of concern

Enjoy a restorative, slow flow of poses that helps with lower back relief and enables total relaxation.
